At The Smocked Flamingo, we want you to love every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
